Description
Introduction to managing human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual behavior, interpersonal relationships, group behavior, intergroup relations, leadership, organizational culture, and change management. Students connect concepts to realistic business problems and situations. Prerequisite: BA 345 or BA 377.
