Description

Analysis of the consumer decision-making process before, during, and after purchasing goods or services. Influences of culture, subculture, social class, families, marketers on the consumer. Basic issues, latest findings, applications of consumer behavior in relation to marketing strategy. Group project. Prerequisite: BA 353; PSY 101 recommended.
