Amy L. Johnson

About Me:

I was born and raised in Waukon, Iowa.  After high school I attended the University of Northern Iowa where I earned my BA in Physical Education.  After graduating from UNI, I spent 15 years teaching in K-12 physical education before making the move to Wartburg.  I live in Cedar Falls with my husband, three kids, and chocolate lab.  As a family we enjoy participation in youth sports, cheering on the Knights, Hawkeyes, Packers, and Cubs, kayaking/boating, and spending time with family and friends.  I also enjoy reading thrillers and watching movies whether on a streaming service or going to the theater.
