Personal development of identity, self-efficacy, and confidence in the STEM fields. Exploration of STEM disciplines and careers and personal vocations. Collaboration, leadership, mentorship, and communication skill development. P/D/F only. May repeat for a maximum of 1 course credit. Fall Term. Prerequisite: Eligible for the LSAMP IINspire program.
