Description
Exploration of the western medical tradition beginning with the Ancient Greeks and concluding with problems of modern medicine. Particular emphasis will be placed on the influence of social, political, and religious factors on western medicine. Fall Term even years. Prerequisite: Third- or fourth-year standing.
